1. GET IN TOUCH
Start by filling out the form on my website or simply reach out via Email or WhatsApp with your travel idea. Please include - Destination - Travel dates or duration - Number and age of travelers - City of departure (if you are interested in airplane tickets) - Any preferences, interests, or special requests.I aim to respond within 24 hours with either a quote or a few clarifying questions to move things forward.
2. MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION
If you're only looking to book a hotel, I’ll send you a curated selection of recommended properties and all the unique benefits you can enjoy in each of these. If you already have a hotel in mind, I’ll quote the best available offer and the exclusive benefits I can secure for you there.

No travel agent planning fee applies for hotel-only bookings, so it is always a good idea to check with me before booking any hotel, as I may be able to unlock exclusive perks and added value for your stay. I’ll also arrange airport/hotel transfers if needed and handle any special requests or assistance during your stay. 24/7 Emergency Assistance during travel included for anything that concerns your accommodation or transfer (e.g. remarks, complaints, special requests, etc).
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT
Once you approve the quote and in order to proceed with booking, a valid credit card will be required. Payment will be processed according to the cancellation and deposit policies of each provider. If you decide to proceed, we use a fully secured system called Canary Tech to collect and securely add card details to your account. All data is encrypted during transmission and storage, ensuring that card details are protected against unauthorized access.
